This training will help residential and family caregivers to understand challenging client behaviors based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. Participants will learn strategies for managing challenging behaviors in real-world situations. Motivating caregivers and facility directors to create proactive self-care routines will minimize caregiver fatigue.
