Impact Training Center (ITC) was founded to provide practical, affordable training solutions for organizations that care for children, families, and communities. Our roots trace back to 1997, when founder Scott Kolpien launched Impact Publications to serve professionals nationwide. As industry needs evolved, so did we — growing into a dedicated training organization focused on helping providers meet requirements while strengthening their teams.
Today, ITC supports child care providers, adult family caregivers, foster care professionals, and early childhood educators across the country through flexible online and instructor-led training solutions.
